How Somatic Movement Works | What to Expect
Through carefully guided touch, breath, and micro-movement, we identify primary holding patterns and their counterpoints—opposing or diagonal sites of tension, compensation, or collapse. Working across the midline and through the body’s spiral pathways, you’ll begin to feel a conversation unfolding between parts of you that may have been isolated or overworked.
This session is ideal if you:
• Feel “off-center,” ungrounded, or imbalanced
• Experience recurring tension in one area despite stretching or strengthening
• Want to explore a more intuitive, non-linear approach to movement and healing
